What the organisation receives

Facilitator-led delivery at your site or online, scheduled around your existing program calendar.

A personalised, visually based workbook for every attendee, theirs to keep.

Attendance, completion and statistical reporting generated from the SIRITIS case management system.

A close-out summary per cohort that your case managers can actually use.

What participants do

Participants work on the self-defeating habits and thought patterns that limit performance, then rebuild routines around the responsibility they already carry. Organisations use it to improve retention and abstinence rates.

Why this program exists

$4.0b

a year

Alcohol use alone is estimated to cost Australian workplaces around $4.0 billion a year, with absenteeism accounting for close to 90 per cent of that cost. One in ten workers report being affected by a colleague’s drinking.
