Sectors

The problem in your sector's own terms.

Send this page to your manager. Each block names the concern, the programs that answer it, and where the evidence sits.

Employment services

Participants are expected to move toward job readiness while unresolved psychosocial issues, unstable routines and disengagement keep breaking placements. Compliance activity does not fix the readiness gap underneath it.

Youth justice and corrections

Young people cycle through orders without ever seeing the chain of decisions that put them there. Programs that require reading and writing lose the cohort in week one.

Family and domestic violence

Services need a non-clinical, culturally safe entry point that builds self-awareness before behaviour-change work, without duplicating the specialist response.

Run one cohort. Then decide.

A six-week pilot gives your team attendance data, participant feedback and a clear view of whether the framework fits your cohort.
