Everyday life skills

Practical support to develop routines, confidence, independence and skills for everyday living.

Community participation

Support to take part in community, social and recreational activities, and to build confidence outside the home.

Employment and life transitions

Practical assistance with employment goals, preparing for change and navigating important stages of life.

Personal development and capacity building

Individual mentoring focused on goals, decision-making, self-awareness, confidence and greater independence.

NDIS supports we can assist with

The registration groups FNI Education delivers against, with the support number a plan manager or support coordinator will recognise.

0102 Assistance to access and maintain employment or higher education: Support to develop employment readiness, workplace skills and the capacity to obtain or maintain employment.
0106 Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transitions and supports: Practical assistance to build capacity and navigate changes in living, employment, community participation and other important life transitions.
0108 Assistance with travel and transport arrangements: Support with travel and transport where this forms part of the participant’s eligible support and individual goals.
0117 Development of daily living and life skills: Individual or group support aimed at developing independence, everyday skills, routines, decision-making and greater control over daily life.
0125 Participation in community, social and civic activities: Support to access the community, take part in activities, develop social connections and increase independence.
0136 Group and centre-based activities: Structured group activities supporting participation, skill development, confidence and social connection.

Participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers are welcome to contact FNI Education to discuss individual support needs.

We will talk through the participant’s goals, current supports and funding arrangements, and work out whether FNI Education is an appropriate provider for the support required.
